Thanks for the fantastic service. I ordered a part online Friday at 4.00pm EST, it was in the post from WA that evening, part received in rural Victoria on Monday. Amazing when you consider I asked my dealer who I bought the bike from to track down this particular part six months ago. I’m very happy.

Some months ago I bought a set of HB Junior panniers from you (the larger size). & fitted them to my ’81 BMW R100 after packing & modifying the frames as directed by yourselves. Totally successful, & I have been extremely impressed with the HB quality!
